TLI Solutions has extensive experience conducting environmental compliance audits, performing more than 150 compliance audits alone for the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in 22 environmental regulatory areas. We determine all applicable public laws and statutes, agency and command regulations/directives, and other Federal, state and local regulations, and apply these as required to conduct audits. We evaluate findings and prepare necessary documentation/reports, and complete an out-brief.
Our experience also includes conducting Environmental Compliance Assessment System (ECAS) Assessments to evaluate the compliance status of US Army installations with Army policies and programs, as well as federal, state, and local environmental regulations. ECAS involves the use of 18 environmental regulatory areas, including asbestos, hazardous materials, the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act (CAA), RCRA-C (hazardous wastes), RCRA-D (solid waste), natural resources, and the Endangered Species Act.
