We provide consulting, facilitation, and program management services to assist the Program Offices with all program objectives impacted by new and revised DOE orders and guidelines as it pertains to project and program requirements for the facility. Our accomplishments have included:
- Performing program integration and project management tasks
- Developing a Master Planning and software management tool
- Producing Lifecycle updates to Task Scope and Description documentation and cost estimates
- Implementing new risk management processes for cost and schedule risk following changes to DOE Guidance
- Updating baseline documentation and Annual Work Plans required for submission to DOE
- Providing maintenance of the Comprehensive Cost Estimating System
- Conducting Earned Value Management Performance Reporting tasks
- Conducting Decommissioning, Decontamination, and Demolition
- Assisting in Conduct of Operation and Conduct of Engineering
