Jonathan Tatman, Military Munitions Program Management

Jonathan has more than 16 years of technical and management experience for munitions-related concerns, with more than seven years of experience in program/project management under CERCLA, RCRA, and federal and state regulations.  He is experienced in all facets of domestic and international munitions-related operations and has provided strategic direction, leadership, and project governance for simultaneous multimillion-dollar projects related to global Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRN-E) threats. A recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor, he served more than nine years in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Instructor and Technician, providing support to Naval Special Warfare and Army Special Forces focused on Explosive Remnants of War.

 

Eric Middleditch

Eric Middleditch, Chemistry and Data Management

Eric is an environmental chemist and laboratory manager with extensive experience in programs and projects involving Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and Munitions Remediation, including: theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry, field sampling, data management, laboratory analysis, risk assessments, laboratory coordination, data validation, and document preparation and review.  He has managed the collection, analysis and reporting of chemical data for investigation of chlorinated solvents, explosives, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), providing additional chemistry expertise at groundwater treatment facilities and with in-situ enhanced reductive dechlorination systems.

 

Patrick Tatman

Patrick Tatman, Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC)

Patrick is a former US Navy Explosives Ordnance Disposal (EOD) master instructor and technician with more than 20 years of experience in planning, performing, overseeing and training in Military Munitions Response (MMRP) activities related to Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), Munitions Constituents (MC), Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and Material Presenting a Potential Explosive Hazard (MPPEH). He has led international and domestic cross-functional programs supporting multiple private clients, state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Army Engineering Support Center. He has managed international and stateside mine action/UXO clearance, construction, environmental, and range-related programs and projects, overseeing safety, security and quality activities and leading environmental restoration initiatives utilizing CERCLA processes.

 

David Butler

Dave Butler, Groundwater Remediation and Regulatory Compliance

Dave has more than 20 years of experience providing groundwater monitoring, compliance, and permitting oversight for multiple industrial operations, landfill sites (hazardous and municipal), commercial projects, and oil and gas sites. He has expertise in geology/hydrogeology, RCRA, CERCLA and state regulatory permitting, Brownfields redevelopment and the design, implementation, and optimization of various remediation systems. He currently oversees remediation contracts at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers site at the Pueblo (CO) Chemical Depot, leading projects involving remediation of soil and groundwater, including groundwater extraction optimization and source area remediation focused on the treatment of TCE and explosives.
